Clubtransat deck chairs are thus guaranteed for normal conditions of use against all manufacturing defects*. In the event of an incident, contact the brand. If our responsibility is at stake, the transport costs will be refunded to you. Dismantling and reassembly of a piece of furniture, repair, complete or partial restoration of a deck chair up to 4 years after the model has been completely discontinued. With the Clubtransat after-sales service, you are assured of the best support .
* The inevitable wear and tearing of the materials used, the deterioration linked to a lack of care or the non-observance of the maintenance prescriptions are not considered as manufacturing defects.
PAYMENT METHODS
The products presented on the Site are payable when ordering, in one go. Therefore, no discount or late payment penalty is applicable. The sums paid in advance are neither deposits nor installments. To pay for his order, the Customer has the following means of payment:
• Bank card: Visa, Mastercard and Carte Bleue, issued in France
Clubtransat offers its customers secure online payment using a credit card encryption protocol. Clubtransat uses the Stripe payment provider. The bank details of the buyer paying by bank card are not kept by Clubtransat. Some payment methods use the 3D Secure security reinforcement. This technology supplements the standard security by requiring an additional code sent by SMS to the Customer's mobile phone or by voice message to the Customer's landline phone. The Customer must enter his bank details. The communication by the Customer of his bank card number and his cryptogram constitutes authorization to debit his account for the amount of the order. Any order with payment by credit card is only considered effective when the payment centers concerned have given their agreement.
• Bank transfer
Bank transfer made to the Clubtransat bank account whose references are accessible after validation of the order, offline via the Web Customer Service contact@clubtransat.fr. The holder of the bank account must be the one placing the order (identity of surname, first name and address). The order will be reserved for 72 hours from the validation of the basket and will only be confirmed upon receipt of the amount transferred.
In case of failure to receive the transfer within 72 hours from the validation of the basket, the order will be considered canceled.
